How to get help
Tell us what you were trying to do, your Broadcasters username, your device model, app version, and roughly when the issue happened. Screenshots can help. Please do not email your password, sign-in codes, or private audio files. We will respond as soon as we can; a fixed response time has not been set. Contact [email protected].
Microphone permission
Broadcasters asks for microphone permission when you turn on its microphone control. If you denied permission earlier, open your device settings, find Broadcasters, and turn on Microphone access. The local meter also uses microphone input on your device. You can turn the mic off in the app at any time.
Live audio availability
The app’s live-audio client and server code are present, but the production audio service and token API are not configured yet. Live broadcasting, listening, and co-hosting may not connect in the current pre-release build.
Safety reports
Use the in-app report and block controls when available. A report can include the account or broadcast, a category, and the reason you enter. Reports are stored for the operator to review, but the staffing and response process for moderation is still being finalized. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Request account deletion
In the app, open Settings → Account deletion → Delete account. If you no longer have access to the app, use the instructions on our account deletion page.
